SUMMARY:USO Paddle Day
DESCRIPTION:The 17th annual USO Paddle Day will be held Saturday\, February 4 at Westmoreland and Sunset Ridge.  The event was created to support the courageous men and women of our military by providing financial assistance to USO Illinois. USO Illinois provides vital services in support of our troops\, including Naval Station Great Lakes to our north. Please click below for a brief USO video with historical footage. \nReserve Court Time – we ask for a minimum donation of $100 per player for each hour of court time ($150 for 1.5 hours).  Courts are open all day until 10:00 pm.  Please contact Tom Maentz at tmaentz55@gmail.com to book your court time.  The Westmoreland Paddle House will be open for food and beverage. \nMake a Donation – online donations can be made at our USO Paddle Day webpage: https://one.bidpal.net/paddle2023/welcome \nUSO Illinois is a 501c(3) non-profit organization.  A tax letter will be sent for your records. \nBuy Raffle Tickets – our popular raffle is back with a wonderful assortment of valued items\, including a framed authenticated Jonathan Toews Jersey\, Blackhawks tickets (4 seats\, March 6th)\, Cubs tickets (4 seats\, date TBD)\, several wine and spirits packages\, and more!  Winners will be drawn at the conclusion of the event.  Need not be present to win.  To purchase raffle tickets and view raffle prizes\, please go to the USO Paddle Day webpage: \nhttps://one.bidpal.net/paddle2023/welcome
