The Charities Tournament Draw continues to feature the top players from across the country and maintains its status as an elite APTA “Grand Prix” event. DESCRIPTION:Registration for the 2025 Men’s Spring Paddle League is now open! \nPlay will be divided up on a weekly basis giving you a chance to meet more guys and continue to fine tune your skills. And then a chance to socialize afterwards in the Billy O Hut! The league will run from April 8 to June 12 (10 weeks). Cost is $50 per Hinsdale Paddle member. Registration is open to Hinsdale Paddle members only. You will be asked to pay upon registration. Space is limited\, so get your foursome together and register now!  \nClinics will be held at 1 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. at a cost of $175/person. \nHall of Famer Johan is a six-time APTA National Champion and currently the Director of Racquets at The Country Club in Brookline\, MA.  Stephen is a three-time APTA National Champion and the Director of Racquets at Braeburn Country Club in Newton\, MA.  Both men are originally from South Africa and co-owners of SA Racquets Camp — one of the premier paddle camps located in the North East.  \nJohan and Stephen will be joined by local pros to keep each of the 4 courts running smoothly. Each player will get equal time with all pros at the clinic. In addition\, there will be an exhibition match after the clinic and time to chat with the players to hear stories of some of their National tournaments. \nAn exhibition match will be held at 5:30 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:Hinsdale Paddle will be one of the clubs hosting the 13th Annual Ladies and 3rd Annual Men’s Cupid Courts Misericorida Paddle Events on Friday\, February 10. The women’s all-level paddle mixer with start at 9 am followed by lunch at noon at Salt Creek Club. The men’s non-competitive paddle tournament will start at 6 pm. \nBoth events will be held at various western suburb paddle clubs. Player club assignment will be based on level of play. All players will receive an e-mail the day before the event with club assignment. \nThe cost is $125 per player which includes several rounds of paddle\, food\, drinks and a Cupid Courts favor\, plus an opportunity to donate to a wonderful place! Thus the origin of Cupid Courts\, a fun day of paddle tennis benefitting Misericordia Home. It has evolved from one club to all eight local paddle Clubs. The morning event was sold out in 2022 and was attended by approximately 170 women\, raising more than $75\,000. \nIn 2021\, the men joined in on the fun later the same evening\, at LGCC\, and we hope to have even more included this year.  The men’s event of 32 LGCC members raised close to $10\,000 both of the past 2 years. This year’s Men’s event will be hosted at 3 area clubs. \nMisericordia currently supports 600 children and adults with developmental disabilities from diverse racial\, religious and socio-economic backgrounds. DESCRIPTION:Hinsdale and the SW suburbs’ top mixed teams will compete for annual bragging rights in the mixed doubles platform tennis tournament Saturday\, April 23rd\, from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. \nThe tournament features two draws. A Draw is for advanced players with a combined series of 5 or more. B Draw is for intermediate players with a combined series of 15 or more. \nThis is a fun annual get-together and is one of the rare events that brings our Men’s and Women’s paddle community together to share our mutual love for the game. Dinner/Drinks/Balls/Prizes will be provided. \nEach draw will be limited to 16 teams. All participants must play out of one of these SW suburban clubs: HPC\, Salt Creek\, Hinsdale GC.\, Ruth Lake CC\, Butterfield CC\, Chicago Highlands CC\, LaGrange CC\, and Edgewood Valley CC. Each team will play a minimum of 2 matches. Teams that make it to the finals of the main and back draws will play 4 matches. \nPlease note: Final draw assignments will be made based on your playing level relative to the rest of the entrants.
