Registration is now open for the 10th season of the Men’s Weekend Warrior Paddle League (WWPL). The WWPL is open to members of the following area clubs with platform tennis facilities: Hinsdale Paddle (HP) at Katherine Legge Park (KLM) site, Hinsdale Golf Club (HGC), Salt Creek Club (SCC), Butterfield Country Club (BCC), Chicago Highlands (CH), Ruth Lake Country Club (RL), Edgewood Valley Country Club (EVCC), and LaGrange Country Club (LGCC). Most matches will be played at HP, SCC, or HGC. Because of COVID restrictions, paddle hut restrictions will be in forced, including social distancing and/or mask wearing pre and post matches. Refreshments will NOT be provided. BYO, if desired.

Cost will be reduced this season due to the above COVID restrictions, and will cover balls, court time, team management, prizes, and Warrior bling. Fee is $50/player For those wishing to volunteer to be captains, league fees will be waived in appreciation of your assistance. Captains will be responsible for the draft, scheduling matches and assistance with refreshments.

The 2020-2021 WWPL season will start with dual matches on Saturday, November 7. Most matches will be played on Saturdays between 11:00 a.m and 4:oo p.m. Playoffs will be held in late March or early April, depending on the status of other local events. Final schedule will be issued immediately following the draft.
